You have the right to return any goods ordered online.

In order to exercise this right you should inform MakingWaves4u of your intention to return the goods by email (makingwaves4u@gmail.com) or by post (see address below) within a 14 day period of the receipt of the goods.

 

This cancellation period with expire after 14 days of the date on which you receive the goods.

The goods must be returned to us at:

MakingWaves4u, 43 Sinton Park Dunbar East Lothian, EH42 1ZP

without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your intention to return the goods.  The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. 

 

You will have to bear the cost of returning the goods.

If the goods are returned MakingWaves4u will reimburse you for all payments received from you including the cost of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

MakingWaves4u may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

MakingWaves4u will make the reimbursement without undue delay and not later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied.

MakingWaves4u will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise
